- Charter rates in Euro referring to weekly (7nights/6days) charter period, including:
Current VAT 12% (50% discounted rate on the full 24% VAT rate applicable on long range cruises), Amenities and necessities in every bedroom, bed sheets & towels, beach towels are included (one set per person), blankets, first fill for outboard engine, First and last night port fee in DIONI’s base, use of yacht with her equipment.

In every bedroom amenities in a package of 100ml (shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel and body cream) based on extra virgin olive oil and greek herbs and necessities (toothbrushes- toothpaste, shaver, cotton swabs, bath sponge made from leafy, sewing kit e.c.)
Spices with greek herbs, olive oil, balsamico.
Variety of coffee capsules for our nespresso machine, and tea bags with different herbs.
Εvery cabin includes:
1 set of sheets 2,40×2,80 – 1 summer blanket,
2 pillows with hygenic fabric,
2 beach towels
2 hand towels, 2 face towels, 2 bath towels
& a bathmat
-All linens are from fine cotton 100%.
-All towels are fine cotton 100% 600 GSM.
-Kitchen towels and tablecloth are included.

- Charter rates do not include:
-Fuel & water consumption, crew (i.e. skipper / hostess), berthing fees, provisioning, transfers, Charterer’s expenses & extras.
Provisions: Food & Drink provisioning can be arranged for Charterer in advance. Provisions are delivered to yacht only after she has been handed over (check-in complete).
–Travel services: Airport welcome, transfers, etc. can be arranged upon request.
- Embarkation: Charter period start date from 17h00
Disembarkation: Charter period end date by 09h00
Return to Base – Compulsory: return to base the evening before disembarkation, at 18h00 the latest. Check in/out procedures time is considered to be part of the charter period.
- Charter Base is in marina Preveza and Cleopatra Marina.
- Discounts: 2 weeks charter: 5%; 3 weeks charter: 10%; 4 weeks charter 15%; Early booking till 10/01: 10% (July & August are not included); Boat show: 5%; Repeat Mediterra Yachts Customers 5%; Maximum discount: 15%
- Compulsory per charter: not commissionable & payable directly by Charterer in cash at base, prior to embarkation – 350€ end of charter cleaning
- Options: Crew services arrangements*:
Skipper and/or Hostess can be locally arranged with freelance providers, subject to independent hire.
Skipper: 200€ per day plus provisioning – Payable to skipper by cash on embarkation
Hostess/Cook: 180€ per day, plus provisioning – Payable to hostess by cash on embarkation
Security Deposit: 3.500€. Charterer will provide at Base before embarkation a Security Deposit -payment by credit card, VISA or MasterCard only (no debit cards)
- Optional Equipment arrangements*:
Internet Package: 90,00 € per 40 GB – Payable by cash on embarkation (ability to reload on request)
Stand Up Paddle (SUP): 170,00 € per week – Payable by cash on embarkation
Masks snorkels and fins available
Weather update via message, “viber” or “whats up” or messenger, if needed
Early check in: 20,00 € per person
Extra beach towels: 10,00 € per set of 2
- Yacht insurance: All boats are insured against:
- Risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to hull, machinery and equipment
- Third party liability
- Sea pollution liability
A deductible provision is applied, depending on the yacht’s value
- Prices
All prices in Euro, pricelist subject to change without notice.
Charter Prices Include local taxes and VAT calculated as per current rates applicable and valid to this date (VAT 12% on charter fee, 24% on all other prices), subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the Broker, the Stakeholder or the Owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after booking, that result in change of total amount(s) due, then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer.
- Payments
Payment only through company’s bank accounts. Beneficiary on all three accounts: MEDITERRA YACHTS PC.
Charter Price: 50% of the total charter fee due and payable upon reservation to confirm booking.
Balance payment due 45 days prior to embarkation.
Extras (marked with *) are payable to independent providers prior to embarkation AT BASE directly by Charterer in cash (i.e. crew arrangements, optional equipment & charter pack & services, end cleaning) Booking is not confirmed until 1st payment is cleared to Mediterra Yachts bank account stated on booking form. Charter will take place only if all payments are confirmed in cleared funds in due time.
All payments in Euro – All amounts must be received in full, in cleared funds net of payment / credit card / banking commissions and expenses.

- Cancelation Policy
All the advanced payment if you cancel your booking up to 50 days before your embarkation date.
100% if you cancel your booking less than 50 days before your embarkation date.
In case of restrictions due to covid: Reschedule your charter free of charge (in the same season and boat) according to booking availability, otherwise in next season. Notice should be sent at least 30 days before departure.
In case charter fee is different the client should pay the difference.
Cancellation of Crew arrangements (Skipper/Hostess): if notice of cancellation is given 1 to 45 days prior to departure 25% of agreed services price is due.
Charter Cancellation: 100% of all amounts including charter price, mandatory/optional extras and any crew is due.
The Mediterra Yachts Cancellation guarantee: In any event of cancellation, Mediterra Yachts guarantees that in case the yacht is re-let, for the same charter period and under the same conditions, all amounts received will be reimbursed to Charterer net of a processing fee of Euro 300.
- Bookings
Subject to Mediterra Yachts Booking Terms & Conditions.
50% down payment within 5 days from booking confirmation & 50% final payment 60 to 55 days prior to your departure date. Please write as a reason on your deposit, your last name & charter dates and send it to Mediterra Yachts the same day by email.
If payments are not made within the above days, your booking will be canceled.
Bookings confirmed only when: duly signed Charter Party has been provided to Mediterra Yachts and 1st payment has been cleared in Mediterra Yachts bank account in due time.
Mediterra Yachts reserves the right to, without any liability, cancel bookings for which documentation and / or payments have not been provided in due time and in compliance with booking and charter party terms & conditions.
- Responsibility
Yacht’s specification and equipment are the ones presented on internet or promotional material, exact yacht & equipment details are valid only as listed / described in the specific offer statement provided by Mediterra Yachts in response to each inquiry, Information, photos and videos on Mediterra Yachts webpages are the true ones for the yacht offered. They are actual pictures or actual videos of the vessel offered by the company.
Described services and facilities are the exact offered.
Only documentation (forms / contracts / check lists) issued by Mediterra Yachts PC can be accounted for as official proof of the conditions of each charter and guest comments and evaluations on such forms are to be accounted for as testimony on the services provided.
By requesting Charter Party to be issued by Mediterra Yachts, Charterer and Agents acknowledge to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of booking and of Charter Party.
By taking delivery of the yacht, even if effected and signed by Skipper, Charterer confirms acceptance without modification of all Charter Party Terms & Conditions and assumes full responsibility pursuant to those terms. We maintain the right to refuse cooperating with an unexperienced skipper, full refund for client – depending on the date of departure. See more at Payment & Cancellation.
In cases of complaints, notice must be given to Stakeholder by written communication specifying the precise nature of the complaint within 24-hours of the event or occurrence and not after the charter period has ended. Any claim or complaint after such period, may be disregarded.
- Sailing Qualifications
Bareboat yacht charters in Greece require as a minimum, that one crew member presents an appropriate sailing certificate, proving his competence as Skipper and one experienced crew member as Co-skipper. The Co-skipper should provide similar documentation to the skipper’s certification or otherwise sign a self-declaration statement for the port authority stating his sailing experience. Mediterra Yachts reserves the right to insist that charterers hire a professional skipper, if their sailing skills are not judged sufficient by the company’s staff.
